Shipping

Online store shipping includes the lower 48 states of the United States only. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and other destinations please contact info@composite-eng.com with the items you are ordering, your name, and the shipping address, so we can calculate appropriate shipping costs. International orders may be subject to customs duty and tarriffs that are payable by the receiver. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If you place an order via email we will send you an invoice that you can pay online through Square Inc. 

Express Shipping

If you require overnight shipping please DO NOT order online but call us at +1-508-788-4466 or write to info@composite-eng.com for a shipping quote by FedEx, USPS Priority Express, or UPS overnight. 

Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs include a handling and packaging fee. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground (usually 2 or 3 days transit). Note that sometimes the online store combines two or more items and fails to update the shipping cost reflecting that we are sending one package instead of two. In such cases we will reimburse you for the shipping overcharges through the online store. 

Returns Policy and Refunds

You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
