New style clamps for the Van Dusen shell rack. This kit includes 2 of our specially shaped clamps that attach the rack support beam to your car rack, fastened with 4 thumb nuts. Mounting the rack to your car has never been easier. Please provide information on your car rack, e.g. Thule, Yakima, factory rack, with dimensions of the crossbar cross section (height and width). We have a wider version to accommodate wider (aero) bars. Please specify your crossbar dimensions in the notes section of your order. 

We recommend a minimum spacing of 3 ft between the cross bars on your car rack. We also recommend tying down the bow with ropes or straps to the front of the car.
